Marketing Enthusiast
About Me
Marketing from Day 1
I’ve been passionate about marketing from the start. In high school, a beautifully crafted Target commercial made me think, I want to help create work like that. Years later, as a producer at LatinWorks, I did exactly that — managing the Target account and bringing campaigns to life. It confirmed that producing work in the agency world was my calling.

Commercials are like mini-movies. Every 30-second spot requires coordinating teams, timelines, budgets, creative direction, casting, production, and post. It’s fast-paced, detail-oriented work — and I thrive in that environment. I value the discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving it takes to turn a strong concept into a polished final product.
I’m also unafraid to step outside my comfort zone. On one project, I stepped in as an on-camera reporter to interview Aloe Blacc in Los Angeles for M&M’s branded content. It reminded me that growth comes from saying yes — even when it’s new.

Over time, I’ve discovered that I’m equally drawn to the strategy behind communications. As Communications Director for the Better Business Bureau, I led events, crafted messaging, and represented the organization publicly — a role where clarity, confidence, and attention to detail were key. I excel at helping organizations show up strong, communicate clearly, and execute flawlessly.

Writer Life
At a certain point, I stepped away from commercial production to focus on a lifelong passion: storytelling through literature.
During the pandemic, I dove into writing seriously, approaching it with the same strategy and discipline I bring to marketing and production. I sought mentorship, revised relentlessly, studied the industry, and treated each manuscript like a complex project — with timelines, goals, and deliverables. That commitment led to signing with a literary agent and advancing my work through the traditional publishing process.
What surprised me most wasn’t just the joy of writing — it was the rigor of learning. I immersed myself in craft, story structure, audience psychology, and narrative tension, sharpening my editorial judgment and long-form storytelling. Writing reinforced a principle I’ve applied in every production: whether it’s a campaign or a novel, the core question is the same — does this story resonate with its audience?
